FALL PRODUCE AND ACTIVITIES
As the season changes from summer to autumn, so does the produce and activities here on the farm.

In September we have apples, winter squash, Indian corn and fresh apple cider. Don't worry, we are probably still picking sweet corn and tomatoes. Many people start canning tomatoes in September, so get your order in.

The month of October brings in the pumpkins. Whether you need pumpkins for making pumpkin pies, decorations or for Jack-O-Lanterns for Halloween, be sure to come to our farm to select your pumpkin. You can either pick one out of our huge pumpkin pile, or on Saturdays and Sundays in October, you can take a ride in our hay wagon to our pumpkin field to pick your own.

FALL FESTIVAL, OCTOBER 12, 2008!
On the second Sunday in October, Miller's Country Gardens has it's annual FALL FESTIVAL. This is a fun filled day of activities for the whole family to enjoy:  Hayrides to the pumpkin fields, horse drawn wagon rides around the farm, straw tunnel for kids, corn maze for everyone, craft exhibitors, petting farm, Snickers the Clown, and food.  To keep everyone in a festive mood we have a live band that plays all day long.

Here at Miller's Country Gardens we also offer group hayrides. These normally start in September and go through mid November. Our hayrides take your group to a wooded site where you have a bonfire. Bring your favorite food, beverages (sorry, no alcohol), games and songs for a wonderful time on the farm. Reservations are necessary, be sure to call us for more details.
